The Anderson's Dew Fall Cottage

The cottage is located on the Sewanee Domain within walking distance of everything-- just down Georgia Avenue from Stirlings Coffee House, turn right at the end of the University Cemetery onto Kennerly Road. Follow to the second right, Magnolia Avenue, and turn right into the driveway.
The cottage is bright and airy, and is equipped with WiFi and cable TV. Walk through the french doors on the porch into the comfortable Great Room which has a vaulted ceiling and a big stone fireplace. Look across the room to the screened porch with a porch swing, or turn right and walk into the kitchen and breakfast area. Continue straight from the breakfast area into the large dining room with a morning seating area at the front windows. The house has three bedrooms and one central bath. There are ceiling fans throughout and central heat and air conditioning. The large concrete parking area is a great area for outdoor entertaining.
